Cvs pharmacy app text download
It seems to me that it would be unbelievably easy but apparently Cvs is unable to figure it out. I worked in the retail field as an Area Manager for Mervyns for 14 years.
During that I trained employees on customer service. I also worked in HR and brought trainers to train our employees at the Health District. Your customers should expect kind, courteous staff. Maybe I have higher standards having worked in retail but there was no acknowledgement as a shopper. Upon walking to his checkout counter he just looked at me.
I expected a greeting not picky hello would have been okay. There was not any words to greet me into his store. When he was done ringing me out and I had paid, an exit or thank you would have been appropriate.
He failed miserably; did not thank me Or wish me a good day. What has happened to customer service? What is wrong with this employee that he cannot talk simple basic conversation. I will continue to shop at my local CVS. This store was out of the way close to GNC. Will not return to your store. Was very discouraged with this employees lack of caring. He appears to be mismatched to this job. Hard to find pre-payment button since it is now necessary to press start delivery no clue that this is how to get to prepay page.
Despite rx ordered, when pressed recent orders, only one rx came up of med that i had already marked as no longer needed. The 2 rxs that i needed were not on this list. When box came up9without me asking for it to participate in survey , i said yes, pressed yes button and no survey came up.
When i hit pay, the survey box came up again and no survey appeared. Since changes were made to this site, it must have been a web designer knucklehead. The more I shop in-store for things I need, the more customized coupons I get!
It tracks and archives everything. I cannot say enough about how much this app has changed my in-store and pharmacy experiences for the better. Thanks developers for a beautifully designed app! One VERY grateful and impressed customer here! I am not sure if there is an app issue or employee issue.
Although, I usually prepay on the app. I have even received emails after I have picked up what RX is ready that an additional RX is now ready, after I leave the pharmacy. I have voiced my concerns to the employees and they never can give me an answer.
I have had to go to other locations to get my RX filled because the location that is closer to where I live, which happens to be 3x as far as other pharmacies near my home.
This is unacceptable business practices. If I am using the app incorrectly I would greatly appreciate the knowledge to educate myself on how to use it properly. I am not so self involved that I think I am the only customer that this is happening to. I have spoke to other people who have stated they have experienced similar issues with this location.
