Check download progress ios in itunes

When downloads are actively downloading, you should see an arrow appear on the far right top corner of the iTunes App next to the search bar. Click it and it will show your queue.

There may be other ways to see this info, but so far the newest version of iTunes that's the only one I've found. If you downloaded iTunes from Apple's website.
